According to the method, a comet dust dynamic model is established according to comet nucleus gravitation, solar gravitation, sunlight pressure, gas acting force and sublimation recoil force, a dust surface ice coverage rate coefficient is introduced, and the analysis of the content of the dust surface ice can be realized, specifically, the method comprises the following steps: step 1, establishing a dust surface temperature model; 2, establishing a comet orbital coordinate system; and 3, establishing a quasi bound state dust kinetic equation.
