Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an ultrasonic phased array measurement method for a U-rib double-sided full penetration fillet weld. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, calibrating ultrasonic phased array detection equipment; 2, measuring geometric parameters of the defect position, namely measuring the thickness of the rib plate and the inclination angle of the rib plate; and step 3, measuring the non-penetration position and measuring the size of the non-penetration position. The ultrasonic phased array measurement method for the U-rib double-sided full-penetration fillet weld can be used for detecting the orthotropic steel box girder double-sided full-penetration U-rib fillet weld and is also suitable for maintenance and detection of the U-rib full-penetration fillet weld after service.
