According to the technical scheme, benzimidazole and 2-chloromethylpyridine hydrochloride are used as raw materials, and 1, 3-bis (2-pyridyl methyl) benzimidazole chlorate (L) is prepared by a ball milling method under the condition of normal temperature and no solvent. L and copper chloride are used as raw materials for further grinding to synthesize the binuclear copper complex [Cu2 (L) 2Cl6]. Mercaptobenzothiazole and bromoacetophenone are used as raw materials, a binuclear copper complex is used as a catalyst, and a C-S coupling reaction is carried out by adopting a micro-liquid auxiliary grinding mode, so that a high-yield coupling product is rapidly obtained.
