The method comprises the following steps: inputting initial motion parameters of an aircraft; the body movement module calculates initial movement parameters of the human-chair system; the ejection module calculates motion parameters of the human-chair system and then outputs the motion parameters to the navigation module; the navigation module converts motion parameters of the human-chair system into a navigation coordinate system and feeds back the motion parameters to the environment module; the environment module provides gravitational acceleration for the ejection cabin-out module; after ejection out of the cabin, the free flight module solves motion parameters of the human-chair system and feeds back the motion parameters to the navigation module; the navigation module converts motion parameters of the human-chair system to a navigation coordinate system and transmits the motion parameters to the free flight module through |
