The coal water slurry additive comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10-20% of polystyrene sulfonate; 10%-20% of polyoxyethylene ether; 40%-60% of lignin; 5%-10% of an acid-base regulator; and 15%-20% of phosphate.
