Zusammenfassung: | The flame-retardant sealant is prepared from the following raw materials: bio-based isocyanate, nitrile rubber, basalt fiber, needlebush fiber, bio-polyether polyol, a silane coupling agent, a degradable plasticizer, a biodegradable filler, a curing agent, a catalyst and a defoaming agent. The preparation method of the flame-retardant sealant comprises the following steps: (S1) preparing the biodegradable filler and the degradable plasticizer; (S2) mixing and preparing the main materials; (S3) cooling; and (S4) discharging and packaging. The technical problems that in the prior art, a sealant is insufficient in fireproof performance and not environmentally friendly are effectively solved, and then the technical effects of improving the fireproof performance and being environmentally friendly are achieved.
