Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a forging method of an austenitic stainless steel bar, which comprises the following steps of: heating an electroslag steel ingot, and forging to obtain a radial forging blank; the radial forging blank is heated and then forged into a material, and a bar is obtained; and the bar is cooled. By controlling the reserved deformation amount of the quick forging machine, the radial forging rhythm, the blank heat preservation time, the deformation amount of each pass of radial forging and the cooling mode after forging, the structure problems of coarse grains and uneven grain size and the problem that ultrasonic flaw detection is unqualified are effectively solved.
本发明提供了一种奥氏体不锈钢棒材的锻造方法,包括:将电渣钢锭加热后进行锻制,得到径锻坯料;将所述径锻坯料进行加热后锻制成材,得到棒材;将所述棒材冷却。本发明通过控制快锻机预留变形量、径锻节奏、坯料保温时间、径锻各道次变形量及锻后冷却方式,有效解决晶粒粗大、晶粒度不均匀的组织问题和超声波探伤不合格问题。 |
