The invention discloses a high-density continuous inoculation cell culture method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) providing a cell culture, and carrying out resuscitation, shake-flask multiplication culture and swing-type reaction bag multiplication culture on the cell culture; (2) transferring the recovered and amplified cells into a last-stage cell amplification tank for continuous amplification culture; (3) inoculating the cells in the last-stage cell amplification tank into a culture fermentation tank in a high-density continuous inoculation manner for fermentation culture; and (4) harvesting a target product.
