The device comprises a secondary side regulation flyback switching power supply (SSR-flyback), a primary side regulation flyback switching power supply (PSR-flyback) module and a power supply management module, wherein the PSR-flyback module is called as PSR-flyback for short, and the PSR-flyback module is called as PSR-flyback for short.
