The linear motor structure comprises a mounting frame, a columnar stator, a sleeve-shaped rotor, a connecting plate, a magnetic bar and a magnetic conductive sleeve, the cylindrical stator and the magnetic bar are fixedly installed on the installation frame, the sleeve-shaped rotor is arranged outside the sleeve-shaped rotor in a sleeved mode, the sleeve-shaped rotor and the magnetic conductive sleeve are fixedly connected through the connecting plate, the connecting plate is in sliding fit with the installation frame, and the magnetic bar is sleeved with the magnetic conductive sleeve. The proportional relation between the length L1 of the magnetic sleeve and the length L2 of the magnetic bar is 0.5 L2 < = L1 < = L2. The linear motor structure is reliable in buffering, good in buffering effect and capable of avoiding the phenomenon of buffering failure caused by fatigue of a buffering mechanism.
