Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for forecasting the amount of fresh gas entering a tower based on the temperature of a catalyst, due to continuous increase of world population, people have more and more demands on grains, and the synthesis ammonia industry serving as one of important factors for increasing the yield of the grains certainly plays a unique role in the future. A production distributed control system is generally adopted on an ammonia synthesis device, rich production data is accumulated, and possibility is provided for production optimization. The running condition of the catalyst in the synthesis ammonia production has direct influence on the production yield. A plurality of catalyst temperatures detected in real time are used as independent variables, the tower-entering fresh air quantity is used as a dependent variable, and a data mining algorithm is used for trying to establish a tower-entering fresh air quantity quantitative forecasting model based on a plurality of monitoring temperatures
