The method comprises the following steps: pricking an axisymmetric transmitting probe on the ground, exciting vibration in the circumferential direction, and spreading the vibration in an SH wave mode; array receiving probes are placed in the radial direction of the transmitting probe, SH wave waveforms at different source distances are measured, and vibration in the circumferential direction is received; processing the SH wave waveform to obtain a wave number-frequency distribution curve and a time difference frequency dispersion curve; converting the wave number-frequency distribution curve into a reciprocal of the wave number to obtain a depth-time difference relation curve; extending the high-order mode wave distribution curve to a frequency axis with a wave number of 0 on a wave number-frequency plane to obtain a corresponding frequency and a stratum depth; according to an actual t |
