Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of phospholipid detection, in particular to a method for detecting phospholipid in a hemoglobin oxygen carrier. According to the method, phospholipids in a sample to be tested are extracted and then subjected to alkaline saponification, reaction products including ethanolamine and serine are subjected to derivatization reaction with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride (PTSC), and derivative products are detected at 240 nm after being separated through reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. According to the method, a large number of organic solvents which are unfriendly to the environment when phospholipids are determined through normal-phase chromatography are abandoned, and the problems that the normal-phase chromatography is lack of chromophores, and the detection sensitivity is high are solved. The method can be used for conventional items of phospholipids in hemoglobin oxygen carriers.
