Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a stratosphere double-balloon type wind field real-time information measuring system and method. The system comprises a buoyancy ball and a gravity ball which are connected through a rope. A first valve exhaust device is arranged at the top of the buoyancy ball and is used for inflating and deflating the buoyancy ball; a tension sensor is arranged on the rope; an angle sensor is arranged at the joint of the gravity ball and the rope; a second valve exhaust device and a second load cabin are arranged at the bottom of the gravity ball; the second valve exhaust device is used for inflating and deflating the gravity ball; and a power supply module, a communication module and a control module are arranged in the second load cabin.
