Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a cross-shaped guide groove chromium plating process. The process comprises the following steps: removing oil by a solvent; manual scrubbing is conducted; protecting the tool; performing acid activation; chromium plating; performing recovery; washing with water; washing with hot water; washing with pure water; the tool is removed; washing with water; drying by blowing; and inspecting. During chromium plating, a special'conformal anode 'similar to the cross shape is adopted and a proper anode material is selected according to the shape of an inner hole of the groove, so that the distance between the anode and each corresponding position of the inner groove is approximately equal, the current density is uniformly distributed at each position of the cross groove, and the thickness of a chromium plating layer is kept uniform. 本发明公开一种十字形导向槽镀铬工艺,包括下列步骤:溶剂除油;人工擦洗;工装保护;酸活化;镀铬;回收;水洗;热水洗;纯水洗;解除工装;水洗;吹干;检验。镀铬时需根据槽的内孔形状,采用与十字形形状相似的专用"象形阳极"并选用合适的阳极材料,使得阳极与内槽各对应位置距离接近相等,电流密度在十字槽各个位置均匀分布,镀铬层厚度保持均匀。
