Zusammenfassung:A processing method of a steel wire for an armored cable comprises the following steps: peeling and coating treatment of a raw material wire: carrying out coating treatment on the surface of the wire in a coating tank filled with a coating agent solution, and then drying; the wire obtained after coating treatment and drying is subjected to single-pass or multi-pass drawing on a wire drawing machine, the total area reduction rate ranges from 35% to 42%, and the wiring speed is controlled to range from 300 m/min to 400 m/min in the rough drawing process; rough annealing is conducted, specifically, the wire rod subjected to rough drawing is annealed in an annealing furnace, the annealing temperature is 980-1000 DEG C, and quenching is conducted to the room temperature after online annealing; fine drawing: performing fine drawing on the wire after rough annealing, and performing single-pass or multi-pass drawing on a wire drawing machine with the total area reduction rate of fine drawing being 45-65%; fine anneal
