The hydrophobic modifier composition comprises polyvinyl chloride, nano silicon dioxide and liquid siloxane; wherein the mass ratio of the polyvinyl chloride to the nano silicon dioxide to the liquid siloxane is (800-1200): (200-4800): 1.
