The degradable carbon fiber conveying belt comprises covering rubber, core rubber and a framework. The core rubber coats the outer side of the framework; the covering rubber is arranged on the two sides of the core rubber; the framework is of a net-shaped carbon fiber woven structure. The covering rubber is degradable covering rubber; the core rubber is degradable core rubber; according to the scheme, by adopting the degradable carbon fiber conveying belt of the biological base material, the degradability of the conveying belt can be guaranteed, the overall strength of the conveying belt can be guaranteed, meanwhile, the overall weight is reduced, and therefore the use energy consumption of the conveying belt is reduced.
