The seedling transplanting device is provided with a seedling pad carrying part for carrying a seedling pad, a seedling transplanting part for transplanting seedlings of the seedling pad, and a seedling taking amount adjusting mechanism for adjusting the seedling taking amount of the transplanted seedlings obtained from the seedling pad. However, with regard to the conventional work vehicle such as a rice transplanter, it is desirable to reduce the burden of the operator related to the rice seedling planting work.
