The invention relates to a display panel and electronic equipment. The display panel comprises a driving backboard and a plurality of pixel units which are arranged on the driving backboard and electrically connected with the driving backboard. Each pixel unit comprises a plurality of LED chips with different colors, and the LED chips in the pixel units are rotationally and symmetrically arranged. In the display panel, the position relationship of each LED chip in each pixel unit is changed from a linear 'one-dimensional' relationship to a planar 'two-dimensional' relationship, so that the LED chips can be adjacent to each other in the rotating direction, and the distances from all the LED chips to the rotational symmetry center are basically the same, and the relative distance and the arrangement relation of any two adjacent chips in the rotation direction are basically the same, so that the consistency of the light mixing effect is improved, and the display performance of the display panel is enhanced. 本发明涉
