The assembly is formed by stacking spherical particles, and a stable hollow structure is obtained by controlling the ratio of the diameter of the hydrogen recombiner assembly unit of the hollow structure pebble bed to the diameter of the filling particles (generally 2-3). When hydrogen and oxygen flow through the channel, the catalyst covering the surface of the hollow-structure pebble bed composites the hydrogen and the oxygen, so that the hydrogen is eliminated. The hydrogen eliminating capacity of the hydrogen recombiner assembly unit can be effectively guaranteed, the flow resistance is smaller, the structure is simple, and the practicability is high.
