The embodiment of the invention provides a model operation method and device. The method comprises the following steps of: splitting an original model to obtain a basic model and a TEE (Trustated Execution Entrance) model; and issuing data of the basic model and the data of the TEE model to a terminal device, so that an REE (Rich Execution Entrance) in the terminal device operates the data of the basic model, and a TEE (Trusted Execution Entrance) in the terminal device operates the data of the TEE model.
