Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a single-crystal solar cell thin film material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of new energy materials and photoelectric application. The method comprises the following steps of: S1, taking BaS powder and ZrS2 powder as reaction materials, carrying out high-temperature calcination, and tabletting to obtain a BaZrS3 target material; S2, putting the BaZrS3 target material synthesized in the step S1 and a cleaned YSZ substrate into a pulse laser deposition system; S3, carrying out vacuum room temperature deposition coating on the YSZ substrate to obtain a BaZrS3 amorphous thin film; and S4, performing vacuum high-temperature heat treatment on the product obtained in the step S3 to obtain a BaZrS3 single-crystal solar cell thin film material.
