Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a single-crystal solar cell thin film material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of new energy materials and photoelectric application. The method comprises the following steps of: S1, taking BaS powder and ZrS2 powder as reaction materials, carrying out high-temperature calcination, and tabletting to obtain a BaZrS3 target material; S2, putting the BaZrS3 target material synthesized in the step S1 and a cleaned YSZ substrate into a pulse laser deposition system; S3, carrying out vacuum room temperature deposition coating on the YSZ substrate to obtain a BaZrS3 amorphous thin film; and S4, performing vacuum high-temperature heat treatment on the product obtained in the step S3 to obtain a BaZrS3 single-crystal solar cell thin film material. The BaZrS3 single-crystal thin film is prepared for the first time through the explored preparation conditions and process, an excellent thin film sample is provided for exploring the optical property of the material, and th
