The high-strength heat-conducting silica gel material is prepared from 46 to 60 parts by weight of graphene oxide, 30 to 38 parts by weight of polydimethylsiloxane, 8 to 15 parts by weight of dimethylformamide, 6 to 10 parts by weight of dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate, 5 to 12 parts by weight of absolute ethyl alcohol and 4 to 8 parts by weight of dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane.
