Zusammenfassung: | A preparation method of 2, 6-dihydroxytoluene, comprises the following steps of: adding phosphoric acid into a kettle, and adding 2, 6-diaminotoluene and a catalyst after nitrogen replacement; transferring the dissolved material into a hydrolysis kettle by using a pump, gradually heating to 180 DEG C after nitrogen replacement, then gradually cooling, transferring the material into an extraction kettle, adding ethyl acetate into the extraction kettle, cooling to 10 DEG C, and refining and layering; feeding an organic layer into a desolventizing kettle; pumping a water layer into a salting-out kettle; and transferring the organic layer into the desolventizing kettle, controlling the temperature of the desolventizing kettle to be below 80 DEG C, decompressing to remove ethyl acetate, adding purified water, preserving heat, dissolving, slowly cooling, crystallizing, centrifugally filtering and drying.
