Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of microporous materials, and particularly relates to a hydrophobic LSX molecular sieve for air separation oxygen enrichment and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps that a vapor deposition method is adopted, the activated LSX molecular sieve is flatly laid on the surface of a stainless steel screen on a polytetrafluoroethylene support, the stainless steel screen is put into a reaction kettle, and polydimethylsiloxane is placed at the bottom of a kettle substrate of the reaction kettle, and treated for 2-5 hours at 200-220 DEG C in vacuum to obtain the polydimethylsiloxane coated hydrophobic LSX molecular sieve. The preparation method is simple in process and safe in operation environment, and the hydrophobically modified molecular sieve basically retains the inherent good adsorption performance on nitrogen, can realize oxygen enrichment in a humid environment, and has a wide application prospect.
