Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for optimizing a working pass mode of the rack of a 5+1 type cold continuous rolling unit. The method comprises the following steps: (a), collecting basic equipment parameters of a six-rack cold continuous rolling unit; (b), collecting incoming material parameters; (c), defining parameters in a pass selection process; (d), judging a six-pass production mode; (e), judging a five-pass production mode; and (f), four-pass production mode judgment. By means of the method, the utilization optimization of the comprehensive rolling capacity of the unit is achieved, the rolling stability and the finished product quality of the unit in the cold continuous rolling process are guaranteed, the most reasonable economic cost is also guaranteed, so that the purpose of producing various kinds of steel is achieved.
