Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an alignment device and a full-lamination alignment method thereof. The alignment device comprises a machine table; a platform assembly is arranged on the machine table, the platform assembly comprises a pair of movable platforms, and a pair of products to be laminated are fixed on the pair of platforms respectively; an image assembly is arranged on the machine table, and the image assembly comprises an image instrument for shooting the pair of products; and an analysis assembly is connected with the image assembly, and the analysis assembly calculates shape information of the products according to the images shot by the image assembly and enables the pair of products to be aligned with each other by moving the platforms according to the shape information of the products. The alignment device is simple in structure, the full-lamination alignment method is ingenious in design, the efficient driving assembly and the high-definition image assembly are adopted, 2D and 3D lamination pre-ali
