Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a heating method of a lithium ion battery, an oscillation power supply and a battery management system. The method comprises the following steps: collecting the temperature of the lithium ion battery, and determining whether the lithium ion battery enters a heating stage or not according to the temperature of the lithium ion battery; under the condition that it is determined that the lithium ion battery enters the heating stage, determining target performance parameters of oscillation current according to the temperature of the lithium ion battery, wherein the target performance parameters at least comprise the positive amplitude and the negative amplitude of the oscillation current, the frequency of the oscillation current and the duty ratio of the oscillation current; and applying oscillating current with the target performance parameters to the lithium ion battery.
