The method comprises the following steps of: (1) determining a chemical reaction rate model, namely the rough range of a pre-exponential factor K and an activation temperature E of a chemical reaction in an Arrhenius chemical reaction rate equation,by taking the minimum deviation between a chemical reaction rate model value and a test value as a target through DOE calculation; and (2) on the basis of a detailed slice model, taking the minimum concentration deviation of a catalyst outlet component as a target, and carrying out one-by-one detailed calibration on the pre-exponential factor K, the activation temperature E, a correction term coefficient theta and the like through an optimization solver.
