Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a target customer analysis method based on AI big data, and the method comprises the following steps of forming a stock customer behavior model for stock customers in a region in real time through a network management system of the stock customer circuits and a CRM customer relationship management system; scoring the target customers in the obtained stock customer behavior model; dividing the scored target clients into different value areas according to scores; and carrying out feature portraying on the value areas, calculating a comprehensive value ranking according to the feature portraying, and obtaining the value region grades. According to the present invention, an AI big data algorithm is applied to the layout of the network, so that the network can focus on key services, key markets and high priorities, the weights and correlation of industries and stock services are considered, and portraying and benchmark determination are performed on the high-value area.
