Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an axial flow fan performance evaluation method based on CFD data simulation, and belongs to the technical field of axial flow fan evaluation. The method comprises the following steps: determining a numerical simulation model and equation; establishing an air duct inner wall model based on an existing axial flow fan blade model; wherein the air duct inner wall model is a closed area enclosed by an air duct inlet, an air duct outlet and an air duct inner wall. The method is a reliable means for axial flow fan design and performance evaluation, and experimental verification of typical working conditions shows that the maximum difference between simulation and experiment does not exceed 15%, and the error in a common working range does not exceed 5%; a k-epsilon turbulence model capable of being realized based on the standard wall surface has relatively low hardware requirements and relatively high simulation precision; and the method can be widely applied to performance evaluation of fans |
