The display device comprises a backlight assembly, a dimming assembly, a display panel and a first polaroid; wherein the backlight assembly is used for generating polarized light; the dimming assembly is arranged on one side of the backlight assembly and used for deflecting or not deflecting polarized light generated by the backlight assembly; the first polaroid is arranged between the dimming assembly and the display panel.
