Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for detecting uric acid by using urate oxidase loaded ferroferric oxide composite nano-enzyme, which comprises the following steps: forming composite nano-enzyme by using graphene oxide modified ferroferric oxide, heme and guanosine-5'-monophosphate, and immobilizing urate oxidase on the ferroferric oxide composite nano-enzyme through physical adsorption. Uric acid is catalytically oxidized by uricase to generate H2O2, 3, 3 ', 5, 5'-tetramethyl benzidine (TMB) is catalytically oxidized by Fe3O4-GO-Hemin/GMP to generate a blue compound (o-TMB), the absorbance of the blue compound and the concentration of the uric acid are in a linear relation, and the colorimetric probe of the uric acid is constructed and can be used for detecting the uric acid in a sample; and the method is used for detecting uric acid in blood, urine and saliva, the recovery rate is 96.3-102.9%, the result of the method is consistent with that of a uricase-horseradish peroxidase two-step method, and the metho |
