The invention provides a spraying winding directly-buried type thermal insulation pipe heating and connecting device which comprises two fixing clamps and a heating assembly arranged between the two fixing clamps, wherein the two fixing clamps can be close to or away from each other; the heating assembly comprises a heating piece capable of heating the end of a thermal insulation pipe; the heating piece comprises a first piece body and a second piece body which are oppositely arranged, wherein the two piece bodies can be close to each other or away from each other; and when the two piece bodies are away from each other to the limit distance, the two piece bodies are arranged outside the space range surrounded by the fixing clamps. The mode that the two piece bodies form the heating piece is adopted; when the end of a pipeline needs to be heated, the two piece bodies are spliced, and the heating piece is arranged between the two fixing clamps; after heating, the two piece bodies are opened, the two fixing clam
