Hydraulic test system and method

The invention provides a hydraulic test system and method, and the system comprises an ultrahigh pressure test oil way, a first low-medium-high pressure test oil way, and a flushing pipeline oil way. The three oil ways can be used for realizing working condition tests of six modes, such as pressure maintaining tests of rodless cavities and rod cavities of ultrahigh-pressure oil cylinders, pressure maintaining tests of rodless cavities and rod cavities of high-pressure, medium-pressure and low-pressure oil cylinders, pipeline flushing and lowest starting pressure tests and the like. The utilization rate and the working efficiency of the test platform are effectively improved, meanwhile, the hydraulic pipeline can be effectively washed, and the reliability and the accuracy of a hydraulic cylinder test system are improved. 本发明提供一种液压试验系统及试验方法，该系统包括超高压试验油路、第一低中高压试验油路和冲洗管道油路，利用该三个油路可实现超高压油缸无杆腔及有杆腔保压试验、高、中、低压油缸无杆腔及有杆腔保压试验、冲洗管道及最低启动压力试验等6种模式的工况试验。本发明有效提高试验平台的利用率和工作效率，同时也可有效对液压管道进行冲洗，提高液压缸试验系统的可靠性和准确性。
