The invention discloses a carbonized slag fluidizing chlorination method. The method comprises the steps: determining a particle size threshold value based on particle size distribution of carbonized slag; determining a fluidizing chlorination reaction gas velocity based on the particle size threshold value, wherein the fluidizing chlorination reaction gas velocity enables fine carbonized slag with the particle size smaller than the particle size threshold value to suspend and coarse carbonized slag with the particle size greater than the particle size threshold value to settle; adding the carbonized slag into a fluidizing chlorination reactor and adjusting the gas velocity to the determined fluidizing chlorination reaction gas velocity; when the amount of the carbonized slag in the fluidizing chlorination reactor reaches a preset volume and can meet feeding and discharging balance, discharging coarse carbonized slag in the fluidizing chlorination reactor; and grinding the discharged coarse carbonized slag to
