The separated low-temperature sample vacuum transfer device comprises a low-temperature refrigeration device and a low-temperature sample transfer box. The low-temperature refrigeration device comprises a vacuum refrigeration rod, wherein the low-temperature refrigeration device is in butt joint with or separated from the low-temperature sample transfer box through the vacuum refrigeration rod.
