A plurality of adsorption holes is formed in the top of a jig body, and a communicating pipe communicates with a vacuum generator by a vacuum pipe; a suction cup is fixedly arranged on the top of the jacking column, and an inner cavity of the suction cup communicates with the vacuum pipe by an elastic connecting pipe. An elastic hollow bag is arranged above the bearing plate, and the hard air outlet pipe is communicated with an air blowing pipe; an air bag is arranged above the extrusion plate, an elastic air pipe is arranged on the air bag in a communicating mode, the elastic air pipe communicates with a second pressure release valve, the second pressure release valve communicates with a backflow pipe, and the backflow pipe communicates with a suction cup.
