The invention provides a serial time code timing method, a serial time code timing system and electronic equipment, which can realize high-precision timing, and is low in application cost and high in applicability. The method comprises the following steps: a communication base station performs time synchronization with a communication module of time service terminal equipment, and determines real-time time information; generating a time correction pulse signal, generating a serial port signal according to the time correction pulse signal, and sending the time correction pulse signal and the serial port signal to the coding output module; and the coding output module determines a near-second impact signal in the timing pulse signal according to the serial port signal, takes the impact moment of the near-second impact signal as a starting point for timing, and generates a serial time code corresponding to the whole second moment when the whole second moment is reached. The system comprises a communication base
