The system comprises a digital pre-distortion model based on the random forest algorithm, a digital-to-analog converter, a transmitter link and a power amplifier. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a digital pre-distortion model by using a training set and a verification set, establishing a digital pre-distortion system, and operating the system; according to the system and the method, pre-distortion processing is carried out on an input signal through a digital pre-distortion model, so that the input signal has a nonlinear characteristic opposite to the input and output characteristics of a power amplifier, and then the pre-processed signal passes through a digital-to-analog converter, a transmitter link and the power amplifier to obtain an output signal in a linear amplification relationship with an original input signal.
