The high-room-temperature ionic conductivity solid-state polymer composite electrolyte mainly comprises four components A, B, C and D, wherein the component A is 100 parts by weight of double-bond-terminated polyoxyethylene, the component B is 10-30 parts by weight of unsaturated monomers rich in polar groups, the component C is 1-10 parts by weight of double-bond-modified inorganic nanoparticles, and the component D is 20-35 parts by weight of lithium salt.
