The magnetic detection head based on the diamond NV color center comprises a ceramic sleeve with two open ends, a diamond NV color center ensemble sample arranged in a cavity of the ceramic sleeve, and a microwave antenna arranged on one end surface of the ceramic sleeve. The diamond NV color center ensemble sample is a millimeter-level blocky structure, and the first end surface, facing the microwave antenna, of the diamond NV color center ensemble sample is provided with a pit used for receiving laser incidence; and the microwave antenna is provided with a central through hole, the central through hole and the pit of the diamond NV color center ensemble sample are coaxially arranged, and the microwave antenna is used for being connected with a microwave source and transmitting microwaves to the cavity of the ceramic sleeve, wherein the diamond NV color center ensemble sample generates fluores
