Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a temperature control device and temperature control method based on PID control. The temperature control device and temperature control method are used for generating a working temperature control strategy suitable for the working condition of an engine. According to the method, an engine body, temperature sensors, differential pressure sensors, an emission analyzer and a master controller are adopted; a tail gas emission system is arranged at the tail gas emission position of the engine body and comprises a DOC and a DPF, and the temperature sensors and the differential pressure sensors are arranged at the front end of the DOC, the rear end of the DPF and between the DOC and the DPF; the front end of the DOC and the rear end of the DPF are provided with data acquisition sensors of the emission analyzer; and data acquired by the emission analyzer, the temperature sensors and the differential pressure sensors are input into the master controller, so that the master controller acquires d
