Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of new materials, and particularly discloses a multi-scale ceramic particle coupling enhanced laser cladding iron-based wear-resistant coating and a preparation method thereof. The iron-based wear-resistant coating is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight and cladding the raw materials on the surface of a base material through a laser cladding method: 5-10% of ceramic particles with a particle size of 0.5-3 microns, 5-15% of ceramic particles with a particle size of 15-45 microns, 10-30% of ceramic particles with a particle size of 90-150 microns, and the balance of iron-based alloy powder.
