The invention provides a material pouring device for a spent fuel containing container, wherein the material pouring device comprises a material pouring barrel, a turnover mechanism and a fixing mechanism; the material pouring barrel is used for containing the spent fuel containing container, and the bottom of the material pouring barrel is provided with a through hole for a stepped shaft at the bottom of the spent fuel containing container to pass through; the turnover mechanism comprises a turnover motor and a turnover shaft; the turnover shaft is connected between a first motor and the side wall of the material pouring barrel, and the turnover motor is used for driving the turnover shaft to rotate so as to drive the material pouring barrel and the spent fuel containing container in the material pouring barrel to overturn until materials in the spent fuel containing container are poured out; and the fixing mechanism comprises a clamping groove part and a first driving mechanism, the clamping groove part is
