The method comprises the following steps: firstly, clamping and positioning a precision casting blank by adopting a six-point positioning method, then machining the precision casting blank by adopting a high-precision sawtooth machining grinding wheel, welding a wear-resistant coating at a welding gap of a sawtooth working surface of the precision casting blank, and then grinding and polishing the precision casting blank so as to avoid the damage to an aluminized chromium layer during welding.
