Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of food, and particularly relates to a making method of kelp crisp chips, which comprises the following steps: a step of drying kelp chips and a step of shaping the dried kelp chips, wherein the drying conditions comprise that the lower limit of a first-stage drying temperature is 70 DEG C, the upper limit of the first-stage drying temperature is 75 DEG C, the drying time is 4-5 hours, the lower limit of a second-stage drying temperature is 75 DEG C, the upper limit of the second-stage drying temperature is 80 DEG C, and the drying time is 1-2 h; and the shaping conditions comprise that the baking temperature is 70-115 DEG C, and the baking time is 8-30 minutes; and the kelp chips are prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 60-64% of kelp, 4-4.5% of rice flour, 24-25% of water and the balance of seasonings.
