The invention relates to a backscattering signal intensity measurement method. The method specifically comprises the following steps that : step 1, enabling a reader-writer to send a continuous carrier signal to a label; step 2, receiving the continuous carrier signal by the label, and controlling backscattering of the continuous carrier signal according to a modulation signal p (t) of the label to obtain a label backscattering signal; step 3, enabling the reader-writer to receive the label backscattering signal and measure the frequency spectrum of the label backscattering signal; and step 4, according to a frequency spectrum measurement result of the reader-writer, the amplitude of the label backscattering signal is calculated.
