Method and electronic device for sharing data based on scratch pad memory

The invention relates to a method and an electronic device for sharing data based on a scratch pad memory. In the method, a virtual address region in a virtual storage accessible by an accelerator system is allocated to a program based on a definition in the program, the virtual address region is mapped to any of a plurality of physical storage devices inclduing a secondary cache and an external storage. The virtual address region is set as a scratch pad memory attribute; and data shared between a first thread and a second thread in the program is managed based on the virtual address region. Further, a corresponding electronic device, a computer readable storage medium, a computer program product, and an accelerator system are provided.
